Strategic Partner & Referral Policy

At EazyCom QMS, we believe that our best advocates are the quality professionals, regulatory consultants, and industry leaders who understand the value of automated compliance. To reward our partners, we offer an industry-leading 49% revenue-share commission for every new client you bring to our platform.

This policy outlines the rules, eligibility, and payout structure for the EazyCom QMS Referral Program.

1. The Commission Structure

• The Reward: Partners will receive 49% of the recurring monthly or annual subscription revenue paid by the referred client.
• Applicable Plans: The commission applies to all standard pricing tiers (Essential, Professional, and Enterprise).
• Duration: The 49% commission will be paid for the first 12 months of the client’s active subscription.
• Exclusions: Commissions are calculated strictly on the SaaS subscription fee. Custom development, dedicated server hosting fees, or one-time setup/implementation fees are excluded from the commission calculation.

2. Eligibility & Registration

This program is open to regulatory consultants, QA professionals, existing EazyCom QMS users, and B2B agencies. To claim a referral, the Partner must register the lead before the client signs up. This can be done by:

• Using a unique Partner Referral Link (provided upon joining the program).
• Registering the lead via email to support@eazycomqms.com prior to the client's first demo.
• Introducing the client to the EazyCom QMS sales team via a direct email introduction.

3. Qualifying a Referral

A referral is considered "Qualified" and eligible for payout only if all the following conditions are met:

• The referred company is a new client (not currently in our database or active in the sales pipeline).
• The client successfully signs a subscription agreement and completes their first full payment.
• The client remains active past any initial trial or refund period (typically 30 days).

4. Payout Terms

• Schedule: Commissions are calculated at the end of each calendar month and paid out within 30 days (Net-30).
• Payment Method: Payouts will be issued via direct bank transfer or designated payment gateway.
• Currency: All commissions are calculated and paid in INR (₹) or the original currency of the client's subscription.
• Cancellations: If a referred client cancels their subscription, defaults on payment, or requests a refund, the commission payments for that client will cease immediately.

5. Program Restrictions

To maintain the integrity of the program, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Self-Referrals: You cannot refer yourself, your own company, or a subsidiary where you hold a majority stake to claim a discount.
• Spam & Misrepresentation: Partners may not use unsolicited email (spam), misleading advertising, or impersonate the EazyCom QMS brand to generate referrals. You may act as an independent consultant recommending our software, but not as an official employee.
• Coupon Sites: Posting referral links on public coupon or discount aggregators is prohibited.

6. Modifications & Termination

EazyCom QMS reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate this Referral Policy at any time. Any changes to the commission rate will only apply to new referrals brought in after the policy update; existing qualified referrals will be honored at the agreed rate for the duration of their eligible term.
